Employees

Rally. Practice. Dominate.

Show Your Skills – Show Your Spirit

Many of you will be competing at the pinnacle of startup athleticism – but even if you’re not competing in an event, or if your company hasn’t signed up yet, there are plenty of ways to get involved, and we’d love to hear from you.

Rally the Troops

Every team needs a spirit leader – write a cheer, organize practice and prelim tourneys, challenge another team to happy hour – get the team pumped and cheer your athletes to victory!

Bug Your Boss!

We’re not above encouraging you to drop subtle hints to your boss or HR about how awesome it would be for your company to compete in SG. Post-it notes and whiteboards make excellent propoganda.

Volunteer

We always could use help. Like, always. Beyond event-day help, you work at a startup, so we’re going to assume you have skills that would be useful during the year, too. Help us out!

Startup Games Works with Companies of All Sizes

Startups

Competition at the Startup level is open to companies of 30 to 250 (ish) employees. But if you are early-stage and not quite tall enough to ride yet, we still want to hear from you! Spots fill up fast, so it’s never too early to be thinking about next year.

Level Up

We’ve introduced a mid-weight division because the startups keep growing but still want to play! Level Up features even more team-focused events so you can get everyone involved and is a great way to keep your culture going as you grow.

Heavyweights

If you’re a bit bigger of a company but still have some of that startup spirit in you, we’d love to find a way for you to participate. Regional branches can participate in local Level Up events, we have numerous sponsorship opportunities and can even do private events.
