Cookie Relay Recap & Leaderboard

Wow, what a showing of technique, camaraderie, coaching, and teamwork! Congratulations to all of our teams who participated in our first qualifying game -  the Cookie Relay Challenge. Some of you practiced, some of you had a walk-on that CRUSHED it. We are so impressed by the results!

Our top three teams with the fastest times were:  

1st Place: Silicon Labs 1’:14” 
2nd Place: Everlywell 1’:19”
3rd Place: Expedia Group 1’:25”

The national season is all about building stronger teams and we just wanted to shout-out some characteristics of the teams that had the most fun and got a leg up on the competition.

• Teams with great coaches and leaders came prepared and relaxed.

• Teams that communicated early, clearly, and often saw their times improve over time. It was a great display of teamwork and feedback that really helped their teammate stay motivated and address blind-spots on the fly.

• You can never be too superstitious when it comes to sports. When your teammate needed a little extra push, the whole (virtual) room leaned their heads to the left in unison to give that cookie a final nudge in to the hole.

• You let your stars shine! The best teams had teammates that willingly benched themselves if another athlete was on a streak. That’s leadership and teamwork!
